一、蒜蓉粉丝鲍鱼冷冻的怎么做着吃

鲍鱼不但味道鲜美,而且低脂高蛋白,深得人们的青睐。鲍鱼的做法很多,清蒸、红烧,做羹汤、鲍鱼饭都好吃。蒜蓉粉丝蒸鲍鱼,是最简单又最受欢迎的吃法。自己在家做非常方便。今天做的蒜蓉粉丝蒸鲍鱼,连粉丝都特别好吃,一盘都不够吃了。

说说简单的制作过程吧。

首先要取出鲍鱼解冻。鲍鱼一般都是在冰箱里零下十八度中速冻的,解冻的过程也很重要,可以提前一晚取出来,放在保鲜层自然解冻,也可以放在自来水下冲洗解冻,或者泡在水中慢慢解冻,不要直接暴露在空气中解冻,防止鲍鱼肉变干影响口感。

第二步是鲍鱼的清洗。

首先要将鲍鱼取出来。取鲍鱼的时候,大家都知道用勺子挖更容易,但是在用勺挖的时候尽量不要把鲍鱼的内脏压破,先用勺子轻轻刮一下使鲍鱼的边缘跟壳脱离,这样容易取一些。

鲍鱼取出来后,要摘初鲍鱼的内脏。可以先用剪刀将鲍鱼的嘴巴处剪开,把内脏和硬硬的嘴一起摘除。然后用盐抓一下,用牙刷刷干净。

第三步就是在鲍鱼表面打上花刀,更容易入味。

第四步,蒸煮鲍鱼。鲍鱼放在泡过的粉丝上。蒸鱼豉油和蒜泥炒出香味,倒在鲍鱼和粉丝上,锅中水开后放入锅中大火蒸煮。

蒸八分钟左右即可取出。蒸好的鲍鱼上再撒上少许蒜泥,锅中倒入少许油,烧热后淋在生蒜泥上。热油激出的蒜泥香味扑鼻。

这样蒸出的蒜泥粉丝鲍鱼,色香味俱佳,还没有吃就被香味吸引了。

大蒜有杀菌解毒、健胃消食的功效,春天到了,多吃一点生蒜对身体也有好处。所以蒸鲍鱼的时候,不妨在最后加上这一步,多加点生蒜泥,健康更美味。
